When will my order ship?

What if I do not receive my order or shipment?

Itree cannabis ships out all package with signature confirmation, where carrier is liable for collecting a signature of authorized personnel at the time of delivery.

If you do not receive your order or shipment, contact the carrier customer support for more details about the shipment. It is recommended to check with neighbors or nearby place or person. Check parcel before you received it, if it is damaged don’t sign for it and return to the courier to return back. Failure to do so may result in the exclusion of the return/exchange policy.
